It’s called St. George Dry Rye Gin by St. George Spirits (also does Hangar One). The rye base gives it some nice spice and the grapefruit and lime peel make for a bright finish. Try it in cocktails that call for either gin or rye - or sip it straight for a gin experience like no other.
